HO scale Big Horn Sheep & plastic pilots (cow catchers)

I am (have been) in a great search for HO scale Big Horn sheep from Colorado as well replacing two older version AHM / Rivarossi 4-4-0 pilots. Does anyone know who I can call to buy these?

The two pilots need to be plastic because of the locomotive shell.
