HO scale Genesis F7 locomotive problem

I run DCC, MRC Prodigy Advance2. The locomotive has run well with no problems.

I purchased a Woodland Scenics Tidy Track, connected to my main line via the clips. The locomotive powered up with light and sound but no movement. When I returned the locomotive to the main line, again, lights and sound but no movement.

I reset CV 8 to a value of 8 and reset CV 30 to 2. Nothing has worked. Any advice?
