Hello, another newbie here. I was given a box of HO stuff and am starting to tinker with it. I have one Athearn train w/ a nice Mashima motor in it. Its missing one link that connects the gold part to the link on the gear assembly. Sorry not sure about the terminology yet. Are there “HO parts suppiers” out there online? Or a mashima parts supplier? Thanks, Paul
Do you mean the brass flywheel? You can get a package of universals and spline couplings from A-Line, (the distributor for Mashima motors).

Check your local hobby shop, they should have the parts and will be happy to help you.

Thanks, I checked w/ the local train shop in Sacramento. He didn’t have the right size coupling. That Assortment kit looks like the ticket. Too bad I have to buy the whole thing for one little part. Thanks again for your help! Paul
