At factorydirecttrains.com is a Ho scale Trackmobile, does anyone know who the manufacturer is?

I think overland scale models makes it. They’ve been advertising it for a while now in MRR.

Overland? They are only $69.00 for DC and $99.00 for DCC. Kind of cheap for a Overland Model don’t you think?
