HO Scale Water Tower Kit?

Does anyone know where the MR staff got that water tower on the cover of the Jan. 2008 issue?

Look above and to the left of the train. It’s behind the “how to build a realistic shelf layout” words.

That’s a Walther’s Cornerstone kit. Check online for availability.

I believe that is a Walthers kit.
