Sometimes you just can’t catch a break!!

Teething pains.

Attention-to-detail, Ed.

I don’t know what to think about this. Were these defects of the magnitude to offer no service?

Talk about nitpicking. Those Amtrak/Union inspectors are really stretching to find faults to sideline this effort since Amtrak lost the bid to provide the service.

Lawrence, it sure does look like some sour grapes at AmCrash.

Indiana bad ordered them not Amtrak or the FRA

I wonder why the backwards installed glass wasn’t found before now? IP has been using the same “captive equipment” since inception.

This train isn’t long for this world. INDOT has shown remarkable patience over this past year despite all the challenges with the service changeover and the problems they got from FRA well documented at the Newswire. Given this one train a day service IND-CHI, with very little hope for expansion, their patience will run out sooner than later.

Ed Ellis is trying! There are too many Amtrak & class 1 execs who have done everything they could to “shaft” him since his days at Amtrak when he was “too sucessful” with the LTL service. Remember what Amtrak & UP did with the Denver Ski Train he attempted? It would be interesting to note if the AMTRAK inspectors would show the same “precise” level of inspection diligence if it was AMTK equipment being used…Lawrence & Bob are right!
