Some of the old school modelers out there that use HO Sekkers site, did anyone notice his site is gone? I did notice his Yardbird site is still up, but the link to the drawings site does not work anymore.
I know he put allot of work into his parts and drawings for directions. Does anyone know if Larry is ok?
I’m thinking he may have shut the site down so he can get caught up with all the new info he has received ,but not had time to put online.
I seem to recall him mentioning that he was working again also,that may have contribuited to the site going down.

Oh dear, I had never printed out all the instruction sheets and other information that I needed to. The message I got from a Google search is that the domain name expired. This can happen and hopefully the owner will get it back. It was an invaluable site. Actually the sort of thing that the NMRA website should maintain.
Hopefully he will not lose the race to reclaim the site name – someone could claim it for those who are seeking … never mind. [:I]

Indeed that was a very useful site…Hopefully they will return.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of purveyors of pornography who immediately grab expired domain names to peddle their smut, hoping to entice customers from among the former users of that site name. It may now be too late for HO Seeker to retrieve that URL.
I just did a Google on Hoseekers, and 3/4 of the way on the second page I got a “non model rr” site.[:O][:I]
It is now http://hoseeker.org/. I don’t know why it was changed from .net, but .org is what it is now.
It’s also a slightly different format. The instructions are still there, but the Forum is gone. I’m guessing the site was too much in terms of maintenance, especially in light of his family issues. I really miss the sage advice and chat there but II still go there for the literature.

Glad to see that it is still there. Even though I am in S, I still have all my HO. I enjoy perusing the old catalogs/instruction sheets.

Thanks for posting the new link. I know Larry had some problems quite awhile back with I think his wife died. I emailed him a bunch of prints of drawings for his parts pages. And I know he has received allot from members in the forum.
We all watched his site grow from nothing into what it is today. I would hate to think how many hours he has in his site building it and adding to it all the time. I don’t know how the rst of you feel, but i would hate to see his site fade away.
Thanks for the update. I have scanned and sent Larry a bunch of stuff. He told me a few months ago he was having difficulties. I download as much as I might need of what I do not have in case his site goes away.
