According to my scanner, the nearby hot box was not sending any report over the radio yesterday.
Is this a big problem, or do they simply rely only on the next hot box to do the job?
railroads have rules that cover DDs… and depending on what type of message or lack of messages and or what type of train you have…you are governed by the rules on what to do…
