How do I post pictures!

I would like to post some pictures of my layout, but I can’t figure out how. A little help please.

First you need to upload your pictures onto an image hosting web site like www.shutterfly.com . After that you click on the picture you want to make it larger and copy the pictures URL. To post them you have to do the following. type [ img ] first. Then put the images url after it. and then at the end of the url type [ /img ] but be sure to leave out the spaces between the [ and the img on both sides and same goes for the end one with the slash

Do I have to join a pictures sight, or is there another way.

I think you have to join some place where you can upload images. I have a freewebs account and website but it will not let you post pics so you can use shutterfly or imageshack, there are a bunch of them.
