how do you get the picture in your profile or signature?
and change your email?

the same way you place images into a post by using the “img” and “/img” tag both surrounded by brackets with the link to your image between it

You have to click on the “Profile” button on the blue tool bar line near the top of the page. Once you’re in ‘edit profile’ go down to the ‘signature’ box. Then put the photo address with tags, as Dano pointed out, in that box. Then go to the bottom of the page and click on ‘update profile’ .

That ought to do it.
