How do you program a MU to go at the same speed with a zephyr system

I have sucessfully programmed 2 locos on my zephyr today.

I have a A/B unit went through the steps for adding a loco to an MU, but discovered they are mismatched in terms of speed - the A unit is going faster then the B, it looks like the A unit is just dragging dead weight. How do you adjust so both “work together”

I consist them (but keep them apart), and then program CV 2 and 5 of the lead locomotive to match the following locomotive (the following loco to be the one that you want to match the leading one to). This is one technique, and there are many others.
