How is coffee served in "first class" rail services around the world

I would really like to find out the different ways people serve coffee in first class rail carriages around the world. Any experiences here would be really appreciated.

Well here in the NYSSR, on Amtrak there is only “medium” class seating on most trains, with some soft class seating. (These class designations were used in the late and not lamented Soviet empire, and in the People’s Republic of China.) Coffee is served to riders in a foam cup, at your seat if a car attendant decides to show up, that is! Otherwise, you go into an Am cafe and get generally poor quality coffee in a foam cup! YUCK! Tim Horton’s Coffee is the best Coffee in these parts, so much so that you see their cups all over the fruited plain! Please, folks, throw out your coffee cups in trash barrels (if you can find one that hasn’t been wrecked, stolen or set on fire that is).

Thanks for your post. As you can see I’m new to this. Just wondering if you or anyone else knows of other rail companies who serve coffee using a cafetiere or french press and is the coffee good?
