How long is a CP Selkirk?

How long is a CP Selkirk? And will it fit on a 100’ turntable? Just trying to plan out my service facility. Thanks.

remember, most model locomotives are not close coupled between the engine and tender like their prototypes. even so, the real issue is overall wheel base and that would be a few feet less than the overall length.

A 100 foot turntable will accommodate a CP Selkirk just fine. Two 100 foot turntables were built in 1929 by the Canadian Bridge Co. Ltd., to service the 5900’s, one in Field B.C., and one in Revelstoke.
