P2K CNW E8 is 8 1/16 inches over the trip bars on kadees at both ends.
Rear Kadde trip only to “cow catcher” is 9 29/32 inches.
I always measure everything trip bar to trip bar 'cos that allows for any adjustments in curved track etc. it’s always better to have a little length to spare than be squeezing past.

Thanks guys. I should have been more clear. I was looking for the physical length, in inches, of the HO scale model. Simon and Jim have given me a good idea.
