Hello, I am in the process of restarting my layout from scratch, But I have a HO Scale Layout that measures 6 ft by 7 Ft area, with a small town in the middle & some 5 different Industries that I would like to add a little bit of each on there. (These R the Industries 2 Lumber/Plywood mills, A Dairy, A Stockyard with A Cattle Ranch near by, A Farm With A Co-op near by, A Small Coal Mining Facility, & A Small Gravel Pit Mine Operation.) The reason that I would like to add them to my layout is that I lived or did some work there in my youth, & I don’t want tp leave any of them out. Any suggestions. Please HELP???

I really don’t think anyone can judge if someone has too many things on another’s layout. If those mean something to you and you want them there, make yourself happy and don’t worry about what someone else thinks.
I hope you can post some photos in the future of your layout. Every weekend there’s a thread called Weekend Photo Fun and it’s a great place to show some of your trains.
It’s your railroad. Do what you want.
