How many people use Youtube to post videos online?

Hello Has anyone here made Youtube videos? I have made some videos but I now need to know how to get them online then share them. I will try over again but I have failed the first time. Thanks

I just figured it out and it is cool. I am going to check yours out. 5 minutes is a very long time so will watch it until I am bored unless it holds my attention?

I havent posted anything yet but have searched and enjoyed some of the videos already on youtube.

I used to until I got buried by spammers.

Keep one eye on that site, Im in the process of deploying another site with them with some changes.

It looks like most people use Photobucket.com on this forum

Good work!

I finally got rid of “Dial Up” and recently upgraded to “Road Runner Lite” which was being offered for $19.95 per month for six months. What a difference! I’ve been enjoying You Tube a great deal. Lots of good Amtrak videos, especially the Northeast Corridoer with AEM 7s and E60CPs running at or near 100 mph. Good model railroad videos as well.

I hope to finish metalizing my passenger cars and shoot a video of them running on a layout.

I’ve posted several video clips there.

It takes longer to upload than with the ‘old’ Railimages site, but you can upload longer clips than with the ‘new’ Railimages site (2mb max)

Im back up and running under the SafetyValve nickname, I did upload a UP Stack Train that was pretty popular. Will post a link when it becomes ready.

What is a Youtube video? [}:)]

That’s like asking whats an Ipod? Man what planet are you from?[:D]

Its a website dedicated to people who wish to share their video clips. I think google bought them for billions and billions of dollars LOL.

It was not around until about a year or two ago. Kinda like asking what in heck is a Walmart when one grew up on the old 5 and 10 stores… where in heck is the US Cent symbol? Dont make me input that in ascii.

I do.

Paris Hilton didn’t know what a Wal-Mart was until just a few years ago after her absolutely fantastic great show went off the air. Of course she didn’t live in a trailer park either. HA, I’m going to get zinged on that one. I hope Jeffery doesn’t read this post[:D]

I have half a dozen or so up there all 1 min or less

Perrry1060, Man , I really like your layout. It has got character coming out its ears. “Ears?” you say? Of course enginEARS. No, I really like the SW theme and even the scenarios you sometimes post. Very entertaining.

I do. Here’s a link to my menu of YouTube videos:

I just watch for now.

So far I have seen “literally” loads and loads of prototype train videos and the “Tube”.

I’m especially happy to see plenty videos of E and F units in action, past and present.

I just wish (and hope) that someone would upload films on the prototype Penn Central Metroliners and Santa Fe FP45s!

Hey…I can dream![:P]

I’ve posted the odd drag racing video on youtube but all my pics go on photobucket.
