I purchased this book and it has been of much assistance. However you failed to mention or maybe did not notice in your review…why would the editors allow using the same photograph on page 41 and also on 47 with almost the same caption? Not what I would expect for US$21.95 book from Kalmbach Publishing Gary Yarde
