PART NUMBERS, LIONEL, HOW TO FIND
It can be quite difficult to order repair parts for old trains if you don’t know the part numbers.
For postwar Lionel, you can find “exploded” diagrams, complete with part numbers, online in the "Library at the website below. (A direct link to the “Library” is in the dark blue box at the bottom of the home page.) The site also has information about some prewar items, American Flyer, lamp bulbs, paints, service manuals, books and a whole lot more.
