I hate to show my ignorance, but how does one go about setting up my computer to follow a thread in the Model Railroader Forum?
Craig,
You should be able to do it a couple of ways:
- If you have contributed to a thread: Click on Your Forum Discussion, located on the right side of the page above Search our Community search engine
- If you haven’t contribuated to a thread: Click on the More button (located in the upper right of a post’s text box) then click Add this post as a favorite

Tom,
Thank you and have a Happy New Year.[<:o)]
In order to Post your Quote above, you must have clicked on Reply, typed in your Text, and then scrolled down and clicked on Post.In order to make corrections, or add to your previous Post, you click on “More” and the click on Edit. Type in your corrections, add photos, etc., and then click on Post. You can, of course, Post your own Thread. At the top of any given Forum, you will see how to post your own Thread. Bob Hahn
If you are trying to follow a particular thread, go to the green bar to the upper left - Email me replies to this thread. Click on that and it will turn red - Stop emaining replies to me. This will send you an email each time there is an addition to the thread.
I find the red/green backwards, I would think green - Email me replies to this thread, would mean you were getting them and red, not. Somebody else thinks different than I do.
The earlier version of this forum, if you posted an answer you got any additional replies.
Hope this helps.
Have fun, .
