First what are you that live in the path of Irene doing to prepare?

Second what are the various RRs doing to prepare?

  1. Are Freight RRs moving equipment to higher ground and away from trees?

  2. what are the commuter agencys and Amtrak doing. A direct hit on NYC would indicate to me that all rolling stock would be moved from NYP in case of floodiing? Is the elevation of Sunnyside yard high enough to avoid flooding?

  3. The Trenton area of the NEC often floods anyway so I suspect that service around there would be suspended?
