Good news folks,
I am starting my new layout tonight!
I am doing the Atlas HO-15 which is called the Minium-sixe twice around.
230 dollars at the hobby shop and a couple of Budweisers and I am underway.
Wish me luck and I will post my progress later.
Thanks for your advice John Galt.

Good Luck! Can’t wait to see pictures, so here’s wishing you rapid success!
I have been reliably informed that Rolling Rock is the better choice for layout builders, but this may be another of those scale-specific things.

You are absolutely right! Heres one on me.

Want some advice? Hold off on the Budweisers till AFTER the track work’s done…
John,
I would say have those brews while working; it’ll be much more enjoyable!
Good luck to you; have fun.
It’s the microbrews here in Idaho - - yum!

I love how all you Americans are talking about a mans beer… [:D]

Eric Idle-American beers are like making love in a canoe…[;)]
Nonsense! Why, I have done some of my finest track laying after a drink or two.

Dave Nelson
SEE! That’s what you get for soldering everything and not using expansion gaps![(-D]

Le Fin Du Monde? sounds like “the Limp of Wrist” ??? [;)][B)][:O][D)][:o)]
Does that make it a “Manly Man” beer? [oX)] [oX)] [oX)]
Of course my french is so bad it could say a fish dish with wine sauce [dinner][C=:-)]
Sorry, but the words French & beer just dont go well together, like German & humor, British & dental-hygene, or Russian & high-tech… [(-D] [(-D] [(-D]
