In reality, this is just a town on the mid Mon Valley Model Railroad Club layout in new Eagle. No to brag, but I’m surprised how nice my modeling skills turned out on this.

Where is New Eagle? And where is the Mon Vallery RR Club? My spouse grew up in California PA, and I recall nearby Brownsville and downstream Charleroi.
you follow the river north. You stay on the main road through Charleroi, and follow it until you get to the giant eagle in Fischer heights. Then you make a right turn onto 88 and follow it through Monongahela. New eagle is right outside. The club is located on the right hand side of west main street, and in the new Eagle borough building. BTW, the club layout is currently closed for the season until November, but maybe something could possibly be arranged- no promises though.
