A BQ[:D], and a CSX MOW lot. The BQ was, I believe, $20 total(Including shipping). Compare that to some that have gone for $50 and above. The lot I got for $88 (With shipping). The lot included a CSX MOW GP40 & caboose(Athearn SE), and a CSX Walthers RTR ballast hopper. It was a steal, IMO.

A while back, I got a Kato Amtrak phase III P-42 set for $75.00 which normally goes for $125.00 and up. Also got a set of matching cars and a custom decaled baggage car for around $75.00… I’m happy with the deal.

I got a good deal on a P2K SD9 at the last train show. I paid $1.50 for it.
It had the rear truck dissassembled and was missing one of the wheel sets. I made a wheelset from parts I had to get it running untill I can get an original replacement.

Rivarossi SP Cab forward (newer one with RP25 drivers), BLI NYC Hudson, Genesis 282 soundtraxx, 3 spectrum pass cars, $190 total. Anybody know where I can get a tender for the cab forward??

Won a Digitrax Super Chief system for about $290, which is $60 less than anyone is selling it out there. Kinda happy about that one. [:D]

Last year I won an auction for a new in box SD80mac and SD70mac undecorated and paid around $100.00. Best deal so far on ebay for me. Now they are painted blue. [:D]

I nailed a Scalecraft 50ft. auto box for the pricely sum of $7.00 including shipping the seller also included 12 switch kits with the deal. Very good detailing considering its over 40 years old.

The crown jewel recently won is a Gold Coast CA-1 caboose in brass, long out of production for $157.00 with shipping, retailed new for close to $300.00. Now i’m hunting for that elusive South Wind SP 2-8-0 I know is lurking out there, retailed for over $700.00, so I know what limits to set.
