Runs like a beast! 
If I recall correctly, NYC 3001 was painted like this after another T&P locomotive on display was vandalised, so there is prototype for this, if not some other repaints of Central power.
Who made this model? I think I recall seeing a Lionel version that looked a bit different to that locomotive…
