I guess this means that Athearn got the legal issues straightened out. And yes, I know these cars are a pain in the aft, but their so cool! And I like the engine

Cool! I didn’t realize they had an HO version too. I just saw the N scale ad today. That’s a great looking loco.

Hi Flash: Have you ridden the TRE? I’ve taken it quite a bit when I have to go to the Dallas VA Hospital. It’s a great ride and very cheap for a ROF. I’s like to get a set even though my layout is set in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Unfortunatly the V&AL goes nowhere near my homestate of Texas, and unfortunatly my hometown cant quite see the light of commuter rail, so Isuppose I’ll have to buy a DALLAS/FTW commuter train… if DOES have a kick-butt paint scheme…

No, It;s a little far from me. I was refferring to Athearn’s previous release of the Bombardiers. With the too short couplers and lack of decent room for the trucks to turn/free roll.
