Model Railroader magazine pledges $10,000 to support CSRM exhibit
While US subscribers are offered fantastic discounts for Model Railroader subscriptions, foreign subscribers are taken to the cleaners and never offered any discount at all. I am blasted on the site with pop-ups offering the reduced rate and then read the small type requiring that I pay the full fare.
Poor marketing stragedy to say the least and I will discontinue Kalmbach sales of all products at once. I certainly hope MR will be permitted to deduct the $10 Grand off of their taxes to insure that Kalmbach doesn’t go broke. Thanks for nothing. Al Kalmbach, Lynn Westcott, David P. Morgan and Rosemary Entringer are turning over in their graves to see what has become of their Labor of Love!
