I need help with my feet

Hi,
I recently purchased a NYC System step stool. The rubber feet are there but the rubber is cracking, They are about 1/2" thick and sort of triangular in shape, maybe 2-1/2" on a side. They have a recessed middle with holes that 3 screws go through to hold them to the steel legs.
Are there replacement feet available for these stools?
Thanks,
Rich

Man, this thread’s title threw me. [B)]

I never would have guessed it was asking for help with a railroad step stool.

Suggest you get a role of black duct tape or black cloth tape and use it to do the best repair job possible.

Try a hospital supply store that sells replacement rubber tips for crutches and walkers. I doubt they would have them but they should be able to either check a catalog or give you the name of a company where you could inquire.

Could you use them while they are still holding their relative shapes to make a mold? Then, purchase rubber, or similar material, and see if you can’t make new ones? I offer this not having a clue about such techniques, but it is worth a thought…isn’t it?
