I need photos of Minturn yard

I need photos of Minturn yard. I have some photos but I don’t understand how the yard looks like so I need som more photos to get the whole picture. One of the best photos I have is this:

Is that the one in Colorado? http://www.rogersstark.com/train/oldgt/col001.gif

Sorry, can’t help with photos but I would like to see some too. I did have the good fortune of working with the Rio Grande’s engineering department in designing and constructing a single loco diesel servcing shop in Minturn. I made a number of trips to the jobsite but any photos I had are with the company I used to work for. I wish I had saved them for myself.

Yes, thanks for the photo.

I have 29 photos. Contact me private and I can email them to you.

Looking good, but where in this map is the coal tower located? If I know that it will be much easier for me.

The coaling tower probably has been torn down. The previous link I posted and THIS ONE (showing a coaling tower in the background) are from a google photo search for Minturn Yard.

Sorry, I think it’s a sand tower.

Looks like the link went dead too. Here’s the photo.

The structure looks, to me anyway, like a small wooden coaling tower. It could have also had the sanding tower included, something like the model below.

Here is a different view of the position of the coaling tower.

That might be the sand house on the left, next to the coal tower.
