there’s a few track plans here http://www.atlasrr.com/
But i’m sure someone will come with a few more. This forum is the place to be.
Have you tried a google search??

Ken

umm yeh i have. I have looked everywhere. books net everything. And i still cant come up with anything. O and i am using HO scale.

How 'bout this. Add a second level to your existing layout. No need to connect up to it - make it a seperate loop. Maybe the existig loop could be partially hidden in a tunnel. Just a suggestion.

On the Atlas site there is a free program that can help you build a new layout. it lets you place track down on the screen and attach them and it will give you a pretty good idea what it could look like when its done

This web site:

Has Tons of layout ideas as well

Have fun.

I have been having a problem keeping track clean.I’ve cleaned with metal polish, but track is dirty in a couple of weeks. While talking to a member of Providence Northen model RR club (the largest in New England) he told me to put a drop of VERY fine oil (clipper or sewing machine) every 3 feet. The train will pick it up and coat the track. It has been two months now and works great. No problem with slipage on the graids. Hope this tip will help someone. Check out WWW. Providencenorthern.com site
