Im going to build an engine terminal but I dont know where to start. I want to keep this as cheap as possible yet still make it look good. Heres what I have so far 
You need some tanks to hold diesel fuel. You can scrap an old three hatch tank car of Athearn Vintage and set it on a foundation of poured concrete out of blocks of wood painted to look like concrete.
You will need a small shed similar to those found in speeder structures and you will need bags of sand, barrels of lube, tools etc gathered around it.
Or… you can have a oil truck backed up to it fueling the engines while there are several people working around the locomtive on a gravel or concrete pad next to the tracks working out of a tool truck or similar.
It cannot be all that expensive to feed and care for those big engines.
