I got these two stamps from my supplier in HK - a few days ago.
They will go into my TRAIN collection.
but, I need to definitely identify the 2 trains -first .
Who can help me identify the two trains.
On apparently ran in England, and one in Japan.

I have the same set of stamps in my collection. IIRC there are four stamps in this set, besides these two, one of them is a “PLM C220”, another one is a German steam locomotive.
The PLM engine is a ‘coupe-vent’, or ‘locomotive a bec’, an early attempt at streamlining – it was said to have been an attempt to address chronic resistance from winds at certain times.
The fourth locomotive is a 4-4-0 from “Holland”. I believe this is the Sharp, Stewart (British-built) 350 class, not one of the later ones, but I am far from an expert on Dutch steam power. The very last Dutch 4-4-0s were German, but they were roughly contemporaneous with PRR E6s and K4s, much more modern.
The colours are definitely those of the GNR.
The dark green panel edging on the tender was only on GNR locomotives.
When enlarged, the letters GNR appear on the tender.
The leading number “2” is visible on the buffer beam.
This locomotive was renumbered 3251 by the LNER.
