That was from the TV show “Shin Inukie No Datsu” or “New Golden Pranks” Japans version of “Candid Camera”.

What the heck is it even about? It appears there is some younger dude disguising himself as an old dude, then going around and doing very “unearthly” pranks. What the freak is with the end where he pops his head off when he sneezes?! That is one of the most weird and disturbing things I’ve ever seen, yet it’s kind of funny at the same time!
