The consensus is that somebody ended up with what was left of IHC, and has restarted the web site to sell off the remaining inventory. If you poke around, there isn’t much that’s actually shown as available.
I just checked it out as well and did see the usual listings. The one item that I’ve been interested in is their Observation Car Interior:

Why in the world did they paint it in such an awful color combo is beyond me
, but it’s nothing an airbrush can’t fix! [;)]
I will be modeling the Belt Railway of Chicago in conjunction with the other lines I will be modeling, and IHC has an 0-8-0 lettered BRofC, I was impressed, and the model is actualy fairly close, what stopped me from buying one is the deep flanges. IHC has been doing kinda freelanced style like Mantua, their steamers were not exact prototypes, but showed good basics. Some of their buildings/ structures are pretty good actually.
I was at my local Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, which is a regional chain of stores that specialize in overstock items. They had several different IHC HO scale prebuilt buildings, along with trackside accessories such as cars, for 99 cents to $1.99 each. YMMV, of course, but if this stuff has leaked out to liquidators, there might be better goodies (such as coaches) coming as well.
