I am having problems getting an order filled and delivered by IHC. I ordered through their online website almost 3 months ago. I received a back order notice in the mail about a month later, and they don’t answer emails.
Yet on their website it shows the item ( HO steam engine as available and in stock), but I am about to give up on them. Anyone elase have any experiences like this with IHC?

They have answered my emails in the past but I’ve found it better to call them on the phone for in stock questions. I know a lot of their stuff is back ordered and even if it’s not,their shipping time is about 2-3 weeks. Took over 2 weeks for my in stock Christmas present to get here. I asked about an out of stock CP Hudson and they said not till late 06.[:(]
I placed an order and one item was backordered. They gave me a procedure to follow if I did not want to retain the back order, but I decided to let it ride. Four months plus later, after I had completely forgotten about it, my backorder arrived with no additional shipping charges.
