Has anybody ever ordered an item directly from ihc? Is it safe, or are there any problems?

I have ordered direct from them twice now. No problems what so ever. The first time one item was back ordered. They gave me a good idea of when it would ship, and no extra cost was incurred.

I recently ordered two sale locos, some vehicles and figures. No problem, good experience

I’ve ordered several times from them with good results every time. Had a little delay on a brand new item but not bad.

I have also ordered directly from IHC twice. Both times I was very pleased with the way the order was taken and how quickly the delivery was made.
