Has anyone ever corresponded with “The Boss” at the IHC website? I tried weeks ago and have yet to receive a response to my inquiry about parts availability? At the website there seems to be a distinct impression conveyed that “The Boss” would be comparable to “The Bach-man” at Bachmann’s site(same idea). Thanks
I contacted “the boss” about 6 months ago with a question about their track. I’ve yet to get a response after 4 emails. I think others have had similar experiences. Your best bet is to probably call them.
I don’t think The Boss reads or responds to e-mail – try a telephone call.
I only tried to contact the Bach-man once with a question about a problem with their G-Scale 2-8-0 Consolidation, and it took a couple of weeks to get a response because of the way it is set up more like this forum than as an e-mail system.
The Boss is not in!

Don’t even bother emailing The Boss. :^) It’s IHC’s version of a black hole.
A phone call will get you the answers you need - unless you’re calling Bachmann where they never answer the phone or listen to voicemail. :^)
