Does anyone know where I can get some Jack Daniels decals from? I am wanting to make an N-scale train out of them. I have seen a couple of cars on ebay and I am wanting to do a full N-scale train. From engine to caboose. With a couple of cars in the middle.
I suspect the cars you saw are limited edition collector’s car in unprototypical (i.e. not real) paint and lettering. Some model railroad do up cars for different companies or holidays etc. to sell as novelties or collectibles, not to represent real cars.
You could probably have a private-roadname decal maker do a run of Jack Daniel’s decals for you but I doubt you’ll find any by Microscale etc. available.
A private name decal maker like Rail Graphics http://www.railgraphicsdecals.com/ may have concerns about trademark infringment unless you were able to get permission from Jack Daniels to do this. Your best bet would be to make your own decals; there have been a number of discussions about this in the forum.
