I got a letter from Modelrailroader magaazine and it said that I could subscribe for a year for only $35.95 so I told my dad I wanted to subscribe and he said that he would get it mailled today. My question is, about how long will it be before my first mag arrives? And about how long before I will be able to use the extras on the site?
Took about 40 days to get the first magazine, and I was auto-registered immediately for subscriber content…

You should get access to the subsciber content shortly after they receive your subscription order I think. The first copy won’t likely arrive for about six weeks or so, but individual results may vary.
I was already registered on the site when I subscribed.
When I got my first mag, I had to enter my subscriber number from the mailing lable once to gain access to the subscriber content.
It now knows I am subscriber.
