What the heck scale is ‘F’???
According to wikipedia.com. F-scale is used with railway tracks that are 2.781 inches between rails. From the looks of the youtube video, this isn’t exactly a space-saving gauge to use.

By the way, this site has an incredibly slow response time, as I am posting this. I’ve seen complaints by users before, regarding this problem, but this is the first time I have ever experienced this slowness.
It’s a scale of 1/20.3 (or 15 millimeters/foot, if you prefer). It’s intended for modeling 3-foot narrow gauge using number-1 track (45 millimeters or 1 3/4 inches, the gauge used for “garden” railroads).
Nice layout and videos! Great ideas for shooting train videos!

Reminds me of the train they had at a little park west of here about 4 miles near the Hagerstown Raceway along the creek . Loved to ride it … I was only about 8 - 12 … so you know how long ago that was . It cost a quarter … 1/4 of what I made an hour then working on farms … yea a buck an hour … bustin butt . And some of you think you had it bad … [:-^] … had to buy all my own toys … like now … [:D] . My father did’nt believe in buying toys for kids … [sigh] , All I forgot to add the farmer threw in a baloney sandwich with 1 slice of balogna and a glass of kool aide … believe me he worked you to death for that dollar !
Ouch! And me thinking I had it bad sometimes. Silly me! Oh, well, I do feel better buying my own stuff with my own money now.
Oh, and that layout is AWESOME!!! Reminds me of the Northlandz layout. I would have loved to see the whole tour of the layout, and escpecially the live steam railroad he has also.
Well, as usual, bob Nelson has the answer. But what an incredible layout, not to mention the building, etc. This is private??
Everytime I think I have seen the ultimate, someone posts sumething even more superlative!
Thanks for sharing.
