in case you missed trains and locomotives on rfd last night you missed some great shots of steam and early diesel power from st louis, kansas city, memphis and other places.thanks to the people that took the time to film the trains and thanks to rfd tv for putting it on.

From time to time, RFDTV runs train videos, and The Trains series the one that was shown on the History Channel some time back was., I think, shown in all its episods.
The one Joe mentioned is one I had not seen before (Herron [not sure of spelling] Films). The one I saw last night was films of the WT Carter Rail OPs in the South, the Moscow,Camden and St. Augustine, I think.
The problem I have with RFDTV is their programming schedule, while shown at the bottom of their web site[ in current time, what is on, about to come on,etc]. It is hard to catch programs as they jockey time slots around, a lot. If you can catch the programs the films and trains are interesting, for fans.

Was it Trains Unlimited?

Almosts makes me wish I had Satellite TV (not!). I wish History Channel would start doing Trains Unlimited again…

trains unlimted was a series of documentaries done by A&E/history channel.they had features on the wabash, new york central and other railroads.they are good dvds.
