i need about 12 or 15 to be painted and detailed but i dont know of anyone in memphis.

Youll need to provide more information.

For a properly painted/detailed locomotive, you are looking at 150 per locomotive.

i need 4 sd70 macs in green and yellow and 5 sd45-2 s in green and yellow and 6 switchers in red 7os style. i hope thats what you mean im new at model railroading im trying to get the mkt as it would be today.

First, welcome to the forum! Second, did you consider that some members of the forum may be put-off by your anti UP signature etc.? Third, I’m sure there’s a model rr club in your area, why not see about joining and swapping “talents” with a member that can do decals.[8D]

I have no great affection for the UP after what they did to the model railroad industry the last couple of years, but this is a G-rated forum, so please post with gentler souls in mind.

I stayed at the Peabody once, saw the ducks, had some excellent ribs nearby, but can’t remember the name of the place. Got to listen to some good blues and jazz in Memphis.
