I e-mailed Details West yesterday, Asking a question about what parts were appropriate for an SP RSD-15, Wow , this morning there was an answer with parts listed that I would need and even a reference to a competitor for one of the parts I would need. I really wasn’t expecting much , but their response was terrific. Great Guys. We need to applaud companies with such great help.

how true …Details West is a great company!..I ordered from them awhile back and they left out a couple of parts in the kit…I e-mailed them about the problem and they immediatly sent me the missing parts within a week…companies like this are hard to come by so they get an A+ rating from me…chuck
I can speak from experience that they are good people. I visited them a couple of times when I was ad sale manager for Model Railroader. They are not only good people, but also very sharp. There’s something extremely cool about the spin-casting they do to make their parts, and they’ve mastered the process. Look closely at some of their parts’ fine details and you’ll be amazed by what they’re able to acheive.
