Wow. That’s an incredibly poorly written headline. It implies that there was a VIA train derailment in the African country of Togo.
Since no one knows where the tiny town of Togo, SK is perhaps the headline writer might have said “Saskatchewan” instead?

I know where Togo is – passed through many times on my way to Kamsack (I live in Manitoba which isn’t in Africa either). Probably the biggest event to hit Togo in the past century. Saskatchewan (Canada) is much different compared to California – we don’t seem to be as litigious – passengers were probably happy with their sandwich, soda pop and bus ride.,eh!
