When apeared the typical blue industrial buildings Pikestuff supplies? I can remember them in the 80. How about in the 60’?
As Seaborad Airline merged in 1967 and I like the green frogs so much all buildings on my layout should be pre 1967.
As a journyman electrician in the sixties , I work on construction of many buildings just like that. Yes their good for the sixties. I have built several for my layout , but I have painted them different colors to not have so many that look alike.

These buildings were mostly blue, but also in a light green and tan
Pikestuff is a good quality, and are a great basis for kitbashed buildings. If you have an odd shaped area, one of these buildings can be modified to fit the space; or you can combine 2 or 3 to make something bigger.
