Info on Illinois short lines/Class 3 Craig Burroughs

I would like some infromation on Craig Burroughs. I cant find much on him all i know is he operated several class 3 railroads. Any information will be helpful.

Thank you for the sites. This guy from what i have read so far is the worst short line owner.
