Innovative CTT trackplan

Mar05 pg 77.

Very creative way for a train to take 4 different paths and make it look like it’s going somewhere. Also nice way to fit more track on the bridge.

I’ve seen similar type layouts which we call “rabbit layouts.” The name rabbit comes from rabbits popping up from different holes in the layout and leaves you guessing where the train will pop up from next. Although this isn’t a true rabbit layout because there are no tunnels, it still offers some interesting diverging routes.

The CTT trackplan in Mar05 could be improved by use of gantlets across the bridge to further compress. See my Gantlet post.
