Installing sound decoder in Athern Genesis F7 A-B

Last year I bought the Athern Genesis F7AB set (ABBA) with all 4 units powered. Has anyone added a sound and motor decoder?
Need guidance on which sound decoder to use and how to install, especially the speakers.

I cant reccomend enough DO NOT using the all in one LC decoders, there motor controls leave much to be desired every one I’ve used leaves an annoying buzz and has a jerky control over the motor. I beleive your best bet is to install the speakers in the fuel tanks.
