Instruction sheet numbered x834-10 dated 6-59 found with Alco 219 diesel set

A couple of months ago i posted a question on what i believe is a Uncatalogued Lionel set made for Sears.I was looking at the set today and found the instruction set.It is marked X834-10 dated 6-59.Could this be the set number or is it just the sheet number?

This may be just a coincidence, but AmbroseBauer Trains had an instruction sheet with the same number in one of their auctions:
