Does anyone make interiors for the Rivarossi heavyweight passenger cars? I’ve tried using interiors for IHC passenger cars but they don’t work without a fair amount of modification. Thanks for your help.
What length are your heavyweights?
Coaches have 6 wheel trucks and are 11" in length. I hope this helps.
You could check flea markets, in later years (like the 90’s) Rivarossi cars came with interiors but the older ones didn’t.
Otherwise, check out Palace Car Company…more work than a one-piece insert but renders good results.
Note that with the coaches you can buy interiors to make them either a coach or a parlor car.
Take IHC interior kits and modify them, If I recall they didn’t need much work at all.
As mentioned by WJ, Palace Car is an excellent option if you don’t want to wrestle with the IHC interiors.
Rivarossi made interiors for their heavyweight cars but they are hard to find as the company went under and was taken over by hornby a few years ago
check out Central Hobbies in vancouver canada,they have some for sure,otherwise check out your local train shows/swop meets,you might find some there.

Try Golf Manor Hobbies I found interiors for several AHM/Riverossi passenger cars there.
