Short answer, yes.
The main reason is,it has outlived,it’s purpose,you can only put one 53ft,TOFC, domestic,van,or container on it,so there is no need for the length any more… They were mainly used for domestic,moves anyway. They used to put three,20’s on them sometimes,but when they got to their dest…they didn’t have use for them there…They became a pain in the butt,as far as use goes,especially in the area you are talking about.
